5I have been working with Hetzner for about 18 months. I am a bit of a techno Luddite so I needed a company that provided good service and a voice at the end of the line prepared to walk through my glitches with me. Hetzner have been outstanding. Not only support but also helpful documentation and a very good Control panel. Value for money, this is not just about the bill at the end of the month, it is what you get in the background for that money that makes it a good deal.
